I remember listening to Aikmen during that Niners game a week ago. He was saying how the Niners knew that with pressure Goff would crumble. HE ACTUALLY SAID THAT AND THAT THE DEFENSIVE PLAYERS TOLD HIM THAT
But guess what a strange this happened... he didn’t crumble. Unlike the week before against Dallas he handle the pressure. Sometimes he won against the pressure which is all you ask of a good starting QB.
Goff has to play better and more consistently against pressure. The book is out and has been since week 8 against Green Bay last year. Many people point to the Lions game but go back... it was really the first half of that Packers game in LA. The Packers started the trend
