Transitioning a scheme is difficult and often fails due to multiple drafts and FA acquisitions required to pull it off. Wade never really got a loaded group to show what he could do. But his contract is up and he's very old so I acknowledge he might be out.
Our front seven is full of JAGs. You have AD, a couple promising young NTs, and the rest are guys who do one or two things well but not great players. Secondary is definitely a strength with them getting JJ back and Rapp in year two I have high hopes.
But yeah. If they hire a 4-3 guy it's gonna mean a rough season in 2020 because they do not have the horses to restack the DEs in one offseason. Probably don't have the draft capital and cap space to do it in two offseasons either. The LBs and 5T position are big enough needs without the scheme change as it stands right now.
