Keep the Rams in a 3/4 and they at least have candidates already on the roster for both Fowler's spot and Brocker's spot.
Actually Brockers and AD could both be DTs .
LB would be a scramble you're right as well as DE.
I'd put Cory on Weak side and shuttle OBo and Ebukan strong.
With existing personnel.
Fox would get my vote at RE or LE although Brockers could play RE too, and Gaines and Joseph could rotate next to AD at DT.
You need an upgrade at LE probably but they could go with a buck end like OBo in rotation with Fox and a X *unknown add.
MLB would be a unknown and you have to find a a role for Matthew s if they resign him.
My thought includes a pass on Fowler and keep on Brockers.

Brockers /Fox -RE ,
Gaines/Joseph / X* , - DT,
A.D. -DT,
Obo/Fox/X*- LE,
RLB- Ebukan/Obo/ Matthews/Peterson,
MLB- X */Kiser,X*, Reeder,
LOLB- Littleton , X*,Howard
Thats not impossible to convert .
MLB would be the key and a LE pass rush threat who could run defend.
