IMO, Jay Gruden & Bill Callahan are on McVay's list. Considering the landscape in Washington Gruden's teams did battle, however he was 33-44-1 and 0-1 in the playoffs before this season, but would be an asset as an offensive coach, just not sure he would take a job not calling plays. Callahan on the other hand could come in with the title as Offensive Coordinator/Run Game and work in concert with Aaron Kromer to retool the offensive line. Callahan is renown and will have many suitors most likely in Dallas with a new regime there.
Not a fan of Mike Manusky, he's had a couple of opportunities to be a DC and I do believe McVay either hires Dan Quinn or does have an eye on an assistant on the rise. RB Coach Randy Jordan has expereince and has coached a few good RB's in college, but he's always been part of a losing coaching staff and that makes me a tad uneasy and Kevin O'Connell is highly regarded by the organization I could see him staying on with the new regime.
Kevin O'Connel would be a great add if Jay Gruden isnt.
I think Wade Is superior to Manusky ...Quinn would be interesting.
A 2020 staff with two former HCs in Quinn and Gruden.
