McVay and the Rams are in for an off season of change.
1. New Uniforms.
2. New Stadium.
Something to look forward to IMHO........Fresh start......New beginning.....It's looking forward and not looking back!
Extra time let's our HC think about where the Team/Organization is heading......Ponder a few things.
McVay needs an off season for self-evaluation. Not making the playoffs will allow him to realize that some "changes" need to be made.
Maybe an OC that can help game plan, maybe Gruden?
Maybe a new DC if Wade hangs em' up.
