I expect the Cards to beat up on a reeling Rams team.
Everything is a struggle for the Rams now. They lack confidence in just about everything they do.
This team has no identity. It just gave up 45 points, so forget the defense identity. And the offense is inept, and can’t seem to get out of its own way.
The big question is are they underperforming relative to their talent, or is the talent overrated?
I tend to be a realist, and I expected to miss the playoffs after the Niners beat down. So none of this is a surprise to me.
Now, it’s all about preparing for the offseason and evaluating the current roster, especially the young OL.
The good news, IMO, is next year there should be good vibes surrounding the team. New stadium, new uniforms, no more international games giving up a home game. And I expect McVay to take measure to improve his coaching staff, and seriously address the OL.
