during their career.....I thought Rams were in an opening window coming out of a Superbowl with a young team

I get teams need to retool when players get older or leave (example 2004 Rams or current Steelers). Much different than a team who was one quarter away from winning the SB with a very young team (Goff, Donald, Kupp, JJ, Littleton, Etc.).
