This isn’t a black and white answer. Sure, almost every QB is negatively affected by a bad OL, but Goff’s issues go beyond that. Might as well blame the OL for Goff’s diet problem.
They will fix the OL, and I suspect Goff will still have serious problems. Right now, Goff is totally dependent on McVay scheming open throws off play action.
But hey, we’ll find out next year, assuming we’re not writing Goff off as permanently damaged. I’m already reading that on Twitter.
