We can't continue down this road of 3 and outs.....Coach has to dial up some stuff that really gets 4-5 yards on downs. Of course the guys need to execute for those plays to happen. We have to win the time clock....Don't do the jet sweep just because we have (probably) Woods back.....I would attack straight on against their line, add in miss direction type stuff. Any game is nice for ST scores...as like D scores.
Gotta stay in those gaps or they'll kill us....with a running type QB that's super hard to do.....add in his twitch he'll kill us on 3rd downs and keep our D out there too long.
More than ever we need a great % of TD's in the red zone....Not too much aware of their receivers really...but IMO we have to really man up against them....play physical, but smart....no stupid off sides to help them keep the ball....
Hope the refs to at least call a half assed attempt to let these teams play football....That may be too much to ask...
IMO this is the future of this season.....we bomb out...will be too much to overcome....we win, man that just keeps us sniffing, but at least we are there to sniff....
