The Fisher Rams were about having no starting caliber veteran qb most of the time combined with not having a relatively healthy veteran OL most of the time. In fact the games where they had BOTH a relatively healthy veteran OL and a starting caliber veteran qb? Out of 80 games played, it was 13.

And I'm not getting into a drawn out argument over it. That's my position. Post on if you want, I in contrast don't want to just keep repeating myself.

Meanwhile the point stands. The "pound the ball all the time" idea of the Fisher years is false. They aimed for balance.
