I can see both being hired by the Rams this off season.

McVay is very loyal to these 2 coaches.

Gruden, because of the family connection and the fact that Jay's brother John hired McVay for his first NFL job.

Callahan, because when McVay worked for the Redskins, McVay and him worked closely together with OL/TE's, so it's a natural fit.

I like this combo hire!
