West coast to London and vice versa would be a nightmare
Here is a way to get London 8 games a year without putting a team there if the NFL is hell bent on 8 games a year there
Every division has one division game there every year
Every team plays there every other year and every other trip is a home game and away game and always be division games to make it work
For example
In 2020 the Rams play Niners (Niner home game)
In 2021 the Cardinals play Hawks( Hawks home game)
In 2022 the Rams play Niners (Rams home game)
Do the same for every division
