Yes I was. After the game, I saw a picture of the guy right before he made contact with Peters. It was taken from the back of the end zone so the perspective was good. He is clearly leading with his head, it's undeniable. I wish I could remember where I saw that. If I come across it I'll post it.
I also saw a replay from a higher angle and there's no doubt it was helmet to helmet there either.
