really a complex question.
a) is there enough cap space to take on ramsey this year? if this drags out to the trade deadline then yes, the rams can squeeze him in but they will be left with precious little space to deal with injuries after the trade deadline unless they restructure someone(s). if this has to happen today, they don't have the cap space without someone significant restructuring.
b) what do the rams think of talib and peters? ramsey is contracted for $13.7M in 2020. peters and talib are free agents in 2020. do the rams like either equal to or better than ramsey, and think they can get that one for 13.7M cap space in 2020 or less? i have no freakin' clue.
c) is cb a priority over other roster spot depth? o line, olb, nt ? not sure.
