I'm with you: I wouldn't be surprised if any of Edwards/Evans/Demby/Neary could step in at RG next year and give the Rams what Blythe gives them. My big concern is with Whitworth likely retiring after the season that 'Boom will move to LT, creating a hole at LG. The Rams might not want to replace both guards at the same time.
Yeah, I think RG is wide open for next year.
As to starting 2 new OG’s next year? Why not? New LG is a virtual certainty and if an upgrade is available at RG, then what other choice is there?
One good thing about having OG’s as the the 2 newbies next year is that each will have a vet on either side to assist in the break-in period. This year is more challenging with Boom and Allen side by side. Throw in an injury to Blythe and it gets even more “special”. Lol.
