I could actually see pretty widely divergent possibilities for our offense this year.
I can see a reasonable path to our offense being better than last year. But I can also see it falling off significantly.
I do think, however, that our Defense can and probably will, as you suggest, improve in scoring allowed at least. If we do give up fewer points, our W-L record won't necessarily drop off much. We'll really be pretty hard to beat.
That's why I feel fairly good about the year. Our team with a sound, tough defense will be a nightmare for the league.
