I admire your eye for talent: as a result I'm interested in hearing why what you've seen on the field doesn't line up with his draft profile. I hope you have time to speculate on why he isn't 'that guy'. Maybe he stuck because he's a special teams standout, but I'd like to know what you've seen. Or haven't seen.
(I bolded some stuff of interest ...)
"An experienced, smart, hard-nosed, old school lunch-pail linebacker who plays aggressive, tenacious and brings great leadership. He possesses
natural football instincts, to go along with a true nose for the ball. An excellent open field tackler who demonstrates sound wrap up abilities. He’s able to win the leverage battle at the point of attack when taking on incoming blockers, while possessing the know how and get-off to disengage/shed blocks. Says he learned a valuable lesson from Mike Hull (Dolphins) about passing it forward as a freshman at Penn State and makes a conscious effort to help mentor younger players. Two-time Delaware team captain and also a special teams standout." [

"Hard-working, productive linebacker with average size and speed. Physical, aggressive and
instinctive. Stays with assignments, effectively uses his hands to protect himself and displays a closing burst of speed. Nasty, fires up the field on the blitz and sells out to make plays. Flows well laterally, keeps the action in front of him and plays faster than his 40 time. Wraps up tackling." from Draft Analyst.com as reported here: [
