Great story!

Living in the Twin Cities I can totally relate.

Judging by your description, are you close to White Bear Lake?

I saw SST recommended you move to TX, ironically enough, we just moved back from Texas a few years ago.
These are the days I really enjoy it. As it is beautiful and low 70s, compared to the mid 90s in Texas, but in a few months, I may think differently.
