I like Wolford as well.....But, he's still got a lot to learn......And, he will sit a very looooong time behind our QB GOFF #16!!!!

He also did it playing WITH backups.

And. The proposal is to keep him for a year, developing, as a #3. The point being to have a capable #2 next year who knows the system.

This playing against/with backups thing is meaningless. A guy can play or he can't. If they keep him and he ends up playing starting defenses, it will also be playing WITH a starting offense.
