Prior to Kiser's injury he and Hagar had been alternating starting at the Mike position in practices and scrimmages. That kind of makes Hager the default starter.

Howard and Allen back up Littleton at the Mo ILB spot so they wouldn't be expected to compete with Hagar at the Mike ILB spot. ( Reeder is actually Hagar's backup.)
