Yes i think that is possible

In fact if they can't trade him...the way hav's contract works they can cut him after 2020 and save money, ie no cap hit

Good teams have to choose who they keep

It is just easier to find a solid ROT than a good left OT

And....ROT is nearly the lowest paid non-special teams position (it's above fullback which is the lowest). There's a reason for that IMO. It's just that much easier to find a good ROT than many other positions.
