you just said if Gurley was on full throttle the game would have been totally different...Sure.you can say that, but with zero proof....you have just made an assumption into a fact....I am staying within the facts....the O-Line was bad...to me a run game needs an O-line....they had our middle being crushed....Anderson did well in previous games when Gurley was given time off....he did very well.
What did Anderson do in that game? he was 100%. the cat didn't even play all season before coming to us...he was fresh....he was averaging over 125 a game with us ....he ended up with like 35 in that game....those are facts, not speculations or assumptions...
I stand by what I said....the RAMS did not play up to their ability....they got pushed around on that O-Line...they had chances to win and messed every shot up....They INT Brady right off the bat on their 1st drive.....3 and out.....they got the ball to start the 2nd half and went 3 and out...Cooks drops a TD....No Gurley was no where near the end all for that team...not by a longshot...IMO....And I am not ashamed to say...no excuses from me or what ifs....they came to play and got out done....
They lost not because of no Gurley they lost because the pats beat up that O-Line.....IMO....if that O-Line played had up to snuff we win that game...Anderson would have gotten yards and yes I feel that Gurley would have shown something as well..Again I offer no proof of that, but if you can't admit the O-Line stunk....well that's cool too...
