The opposite case being good out-of-pocket, bad in-pocket.
Although I don't agree either.
I always thought John Elway was an interesting example of being bad in-pocket, at least for the first five years of his career. But he developed. Early on, he was always throwing bonehead interceptions in the pocket, while being brilliant when improvising on the run.
Anyway, I'm good with Goff at 32. He'll get better.
But I don't think Gurley really deserves the top 10, what with his knee uncertainty and playoff limitations last year.
