"Goff is not good out of the pocket". That's a bit too succinct in description but I think suffices.
Why don't I get it? Because this is an attribute I think Goff does very well. I believe that some of that 'not good out of the pocket' stuff is a misread in that only recently has our WR corp developed enough to give Goff a target when the #$$@ hits the fans. Thus... and I don't know, perhaps the 'stats' don't speak to his ability out of the pocket but from what I've seen he's got the talent... I have no doubt whatsoever that he has the ARM for those awkward throws. - JamesJM
