As a person that has arthritis, you have described it perfectly. I am fine one minute and the next I have trouble walking (ankles, not knees) to the point that it is barely worth trying. Sometimes I can walk it off after a few minutes and at other times, it will last for hours, rarely an entire day. Running is impossible.

As I have told others before, if you see me running, you may want to turn and run in the same direction because something is chasing me! smiling smiley
