When I was stationed in Blytheville, Ark. Just 2 seconds and that was spooky as hell. You could hear it rumble closer and closer. I was sitting on a pool table that dropped about an inch from under me and then the rumble drifted off in the distance. The fact , for SOME reason, that there was not a cloud in the sky made it more creepy...IMO . I have heard that there was an earthquake in that same region in 1812 that was so bad, the Mississippi River flowed BACKWARDS for 40 minutes and was felt as far away as Boston.
