So I watch most Rams games at a sports bar with a beer in one hand and a chicken wing in the other. When they show a replay of a pass play on TV sometimes I say out loud "that was pass interference", sometimes I say "that was not pass interference", and sometimes I simply say "I can't really tell".

The point is I do that without impacting the pace of the game ... and if I can do that, why can't a sky judge? I say have an NFL official sit at a bar with a beer in one hand, a chicken wing in another, and a headset so he can communicate with the head official. And when the sky judge says "that was pass interference" the head official throws a flag if one wasn't already thrown, and when the sky judge says "that was not pass interference" then the head judge would pick up the flag if one was thrown.

Seriously, wouldn't that fix like 90% of the missed calls? All without impacting the pace of the game?
