I've been thinking about replay over the last few months, with new rules coming in Rugby here in the UK recently.

I personally wish they'd do away with replay except for scores. Let the players play and the refs do the best job possible being human. But the NFL should come to the table and make all refs fulltime employees.

I love this game, but I'm finding it harder and harder to watch a live game, due to the stoppages and this just adds to it.

If a call goes against the Rams, am I bummed, sure, but that's just the game that's played at a frantic pace. I've also been a ref and I get how hard it sometimes.
