I certainly hope so ...
Im just saying hedge the bets .
Don't put too much on him .
If we have the opportunity to get a sage vet to add in do it.
Weird I just flashed on Jim Collins
(Edit )said Carpenter before ,, we did have bobby Carpenter x Ohio St for a minute ,,,
Remember him ?.
Solid Ram MLB.
That's the perfect type id look for even if theyre on backside of NFL career.
As a sub /co -starter and to mix in even in goaline D.
They picked their guy. They like him. They did not pursue other options. He looks good for the role if you look at him. No matter who it was going to be, either way, though, it's always going to be a 2-down role in a D that plays more subpackages than base. They have their every down LBs in Littleton and Matthews. So whoever plays this role will always be a 2-down player.
Jim Collins was good and there was no one behind him either when he became the starter.
Is Kiser one of the cases where the coaches hit it right? That's where my bet would go.
....
