If you look at the 2017 Saints you can see how it's very feasible to have Gurley get plenty of work and still get a lot of touches for Brown and Henderson. In 2017 Mark Ingram had 288 touches (18/game- probably around what they want for Gurley) while Kamara had 201. A lot of that was receptions (81). But I think it's very possible to allocate 150+ touches for Brown and Henderson.
