Depends on what you're trying to accomplish

I would imagine if McVay wanted Goff to sell the fake hard, Goff would sell the fake hard. Maybe the threat gives them the separation they need. Or perhaps the offensive schemes are different with Cleveland.

That said, I've seen great fakes from Goff, so it's not like he can't do it. Choosing not to for some reason.
