his title is actually Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President of Football Operations. his job description on the rams website indicates that he is the "top front office executive and liaison to owner and chairman, Stan Kroenke, on all organizational matters".
to me, it sounds like he is the #2 person behind stan. while he may not be evaluating players in the strict sense of the word it seems as they he has some say. and perhaps my memory is faulty but didnt he head up the search that ended up in the hiring of mcvay?
Agreed, PHD.
Also, I believe that it was Demoff who decided to fire Fisher and to retain Snead.
So, it’s no stretch to say that Demoff was 3 for 3 on those key FO decisions.
....
Demoff doesn't make that decision on his own, are you serious? Kroenke makes the decision and Demoff carries it out, he delivers the pizza.
Yep.
Though I bet SK listens to KD.
Neither one, though, has anything to do with the draft.
AND no one was going to fire Snead because of the Robinson pick and that wasn't why Fisher was fired either. JF was fired because the team nose dived in 2016 and that was all on-field performance.
