Thats how I see it. Noteboom is the more talented player right now and more game ready most likely. But Allen, by comparison, has far less ground to catch up to who he is replacing.
I always believe an OL is typically greater than the sum of its individual parts. That can be the case here in 2019 as well. Individually those two can grade out as merely adequate and the OL as a whole can still be a top tier unit. Blythe taking another step forward in his development at RG, for example, would also be a boost.
