I mean, Peters is supposed to be a great man-toman cover guy...but they had to actually change the defense and move him to more zone concepts cuz he wasn't pulling his weight in man coverage. I think McVay is just trying to fire up Peters...cuz he hasn't shown anything special -at all- in his coverage to me. He looks ordinary and we can get plenty of ordinary, off-ball zone CBs...those guys are easy to find. He looks nuthin like the player from the Chiefs of 3yrs ago.

I think we draft 2 more CBs in 2020 and let him go...UNLESS, peters play really steps up and becomes an obvious ++ player.
Peters has done nothing from what I've seen...and Wade couldn't get it out of him...maybe this year will be different. We'll see.
