....especially in McVay's offense cuz it'll give Bortles easy throws. Bortles is a very good athlete and a fair enough passer and I think the McVay schemes good route combos to help make easy throws for QBs....PLUS Bortles can throw on the run and moves around much better than Goff. imo

I dunno...I just think Bortles became what Goff became under Fisher that 1st year. I think good OCs help a QB by building around the QB's skillset and not asking him to do something he can't. So, Bortles will get a good chance to remake his image this PS...especially. Cuz unless there's a Goff injury...nuthin will change for Bortles. Bortles needs to show his ability in the PS and will have plenty of opportunity to do so with the starters sitting.

I'm VERY excited to see all the rooks and Bortles, etc in the PS...we'll see who rises and who falls.
