I used to really wonder if he wanted championships or just the $$$.
Well, he's put together a great coaching staff and front office for the Rams. He doesn't seem to be pinching any pennies on that end. And as corroborating evidence, the Denver Nuggets, his other major American pro team (technically owned by his wife, but... yeah...), they're in the playoffs and finished the regular season with the second-best record in their conference (sounds a lot like the Rams).

The only way to stay relevant and in the hunt over time, not a year year fling( so to speak). Stay in focus for today, but ALWAYS think ahead.....look for improvement, never stay static, IMO they have the perfect grouping to work that way...from Coaching staff to ownership to scouting to everyone who steps through the RAMS doors....
It just seems everyone is on the same page......
