I am always impressed when I see Kromer speak in interviews...he seems very intelligent and passionate for the game!
I think his problems with those other football teams were more crimes of passion...as he gets frustrated and calls it as he sees it...
at least, with Cutler...tho I disagree how Kromer handled that. I think he's learned...just cuz...he would be foolish not to!!
Like I think DC GWilliams has learned from Bountygate.

Anyway, I'm so so happy our coaching staff has such quality people...and our FO and scouting staff.
WE not ME...ended up being more than just a slogan as this team seems to live by that wonderful saying!
I think it's impressive how our locker room has dealt with all those "troubled" personalities (Talib, Peters, Suh, etc) and they have ALL bought in and were great teammates last year. I love that we have such a strong locker-room. You get the sense from the Colts and their draft coverage of Ballard - emphasizing character SO MUCH when they were talking about the players they were gonna pick in that Ballard video.
