Seeing how things played out I took "we would be comfortable taking Rapp at 31" to mean he was in a group of guys who were in play at 31. I think the Rams would have taken him if he was the only one left: the fact that the Rams traded down implies that there were a number of guys the liked when they were on the clock, including Rapp.
