While I agree they are "new" at this , didn't it take Roseman from 2010 to 2017, 7 years to get to the Super Bowl(of course they did win it, but game could have gone either way, like the Ram/Pats game if only they made more plays on offense).


All I'm saying is to get to the SB by year 2 together they are doing a great job, agree they haven't always hit on every move but no one does. Now going forward with the salary cap and contracts to be determined ,will show if they can keep them in the mix.


This year to me is going to be key to determine if they can continue to push all the right buttons, and make the right calls on players, coming in and going out.
