Well, I think we have seen the Rams officially visiting with players seen as second round talent because they don't pick until #31. The obvious first round talent will be off the board by the time we pick. To me, it's more of a clear signal that the Rams will not move up in the draft rather than a sign that they plan on moving down. Snead may still move down, but visiting with players rated by many as second round talent just reflects where the Rams are at #31 and not willing to move up.
