That list is not of plug and play players. Quenton Nelson was a plug and play player. And he is. Treadwell is the only one on your list that had a sure fire evaluation. Gregory had major off the field issues and could play--exactly what he is now. Lynch was big and inaccurate and he is. Robinson was a devlopmental player and still developing--haha.
I'm not so liberal with plug and play as that list. Your point is sound the draft is risky. Half your picks will bust. That's why smart team accumulate picks and minimize risk with added volume.
However, if the player is talented, experienced and fits the NFL scheme he is drafted into then bust potential is drastically reduced. Teams dont seem to do fit players to their schemes well.
