First, who says that Allen can’t be our 10-year starting C? Kromer seems to really like Allen. So, unless the Rams take a C at #31, then I’m inclined to think that Allen is their guy for the immediate future. Too many other real needs to address.
Second, maybe we should tap the brakes on Bradbury just a little bit. I’ve seen other C’s rated higher than him, so it’s not as if he’s the unanimous best C from this draft.
I’ll close by saying that I have no dog in this hunt. I’ll be happy with any player at any position that they select with our top pick (except QB, of course). Could literally go in 11 different directions, depending on who’s sitting there at our pick.
