I dont think Rapp would be a good fit in Wade's system. Rapp definitely cant play the Cover One Safety. And Wade frequently put JJ3 in man, which doesnt fit Rapp's strength.
Rapp would likely be best in a Cover 3 scheme where he can play a rover role. Could be someone the Chiefs would consider.
