Now I am not saying that they won’t take an edge but with Fowler, Matthews, EBU and OBO that is 4 edge guys 3 of which will be here for 2 more years. So I don’t consider it an immediate need for the draft and I think we have okay depth as we will probably have a starter from last year coming off the bench. Now a DE/OLB hybrid would probably be perfect as we have a need for that DL depth and it would be attractive if they could compete for a rotation spot at DL/OLB. I think it is a deep draft and that is a possibility especially if it helps the DL depth with is a big need.
I still contend that DL/OL are the top needs and CB and maybe TE need developmental players.
I am also of the opinion that EBU a small school guy who was in over his head last year has skills and will improve and maybe significantly. I think OBO has some great skills but the foot blew up his season.. I am not that negative about our edge depth and see more holes elsewhere..
