Then no worries. This is an offense that up to this point has used a lot of play action. And we’ve seen what happens to the OL and to Goff when defenses don’t respect the run. So maybe RBs are overrated for other teams but I’m not sure about the Rams.

That said, hopefully Gurley can contribute and another RB can fill in. And maybe you’re right and it doesn’t matter. My take is that Brown is a really good RB and if the Rams went into the season with him as a starter then I would be OK. Not confident that there wouldn’t be any drop off but pretty confident that he would be very effective.
