The Rams are taking care of business so they can WIN for the long haul. No quick 2-3 years of success and then go in to cap hell.

Signing Weddle came out of the blue......But, the Rams did it IMMEDIATELY.....That's got Snead/McVay all over it......Plus, Weddle is smart and you don't need to babysit him......Those FA's are the best because they come in and LEAD by example. Thus, our younger players see what it takes to be SUCCESSFUL for a career in the NFL that will last for YEARS.
