There's never been a shred of talk about him not working very hard and having a desire to be great. He has started to grow into a team leadership role (not easy at 24). He's a dedicated kid that is shouldering blame. Not sure what anyone could criticize him for there. I'm excited for what he can become in the years ahead. He has not peaked as a player....
