I don't have any such expectation. I don't think most do.
There really is no difference. Fans are fans. If the non-call happens at a crucial point near the end of the game all fans, Rams fans or otherwise, feel cheated. If it happened to us we would feel cheated. There is no "difference."
Meanwhile as Rams fans, we know there were other non-calls, we know the Saints had a chance to win, and so on. Most non-Rams fans will just see the non-call. In fact we pretty much have to just live with that. After a while as the McVay Rams keep winning, the non-call won't seem as important to non-Rams fans. It won't go away but it won't be as important.
