There have not been a lot of games that mattered in the Rams recent history. We all remember last year and the empty, stomach churning feeling that game left us with. I think there is a real fear that that might be who we are.
I don't think it is, but until proven otherwise, we have one data point.
I am not surprised to see that we Rams fans are an emotional mess of uncertainty and worry. Last year the board seemed fairly united in the thought that we would handle the Falcons. This year, many of us are afraid of getting our hands smacked if we reach for the cookie!
