I recall watching that game (We ALWAYS got the Bucs on TV then) All 28 points came in the 1st half (Had to look it up) I DO remember them blowing the game in the second half bur none the less, they hit quick passes at very key moments. That was what Marino did... 2-3 steps and BAM. He was getting rid of the ball. The Phins and Bucs reminded me of the Gators / Spurrier's plan VS FSU in the National Title game. And that was to get rid of the ball quickly and throw to spots where the WRs were SUPPOSED to be. As much coverage as the Bears got in 1985 and the Dolphins for beating them, I was always very surprised there was no mention of the Bucs. They were a BAD team who damned near beat maybe the best Defense ever.
